Had an amazing stay would most definitely book again.

Unfortunately we had a very bad experience here. Our room was entered by strangers in the middle of the night, at the fault of the hotel. We had gone to bed at 9:30, hoping to get a good sleep, but in the middle of the night another party opened our door and turned on the lights!! Apparently the front desk had double-booked our room to some late arrivals, and that party was given a key card that opened our door!! Fortunately they were good people. I contacted the hotel immediately, and thenfollowed up with the front desk in the morning. Also in the morning, when we were in a rush, our own key card was deactivated and we were locked out of our room as we ate breakfast at 8am. When we checked out I was assured that our reservation would be refunded, but it has been 10 days and we've received no compensation whatsoever. I messaged twice and finally phoned today, only to be told (by someone who I assume was the manager) that "it was the system's fault" and no refund would be possible. What abysmal customer service.

The hotel was in an excellent location as we hiked a lot in the Smoky Mountains and walked around Gatlinburg. The only problem was the parking; it was so tight in both the upper level and garage that many times we were within inches trying to get around cars. Not always the fault of the hotel, people never pulled all the way forward, but when they did, it was still very tight.

breakfast area was little small

First time ever i am giving 1 star for a hotel. To start with common areas smells so bad, even the hotel room and washroom smells so bad. They dont know to use air fresheners at all. Breakfast area is so tiny and congested. Importantly, if I WONT RECOMMEND TO GO here with kids, this is the only hotel i have ever seen asking guests to carry the crib from front desk to room.

Great place to stay only complain about the place is the parking lot really small have to be really careful when you park cus of how tight it is other than that place is amazing !

Quick and great stay!

The rooms were very clean and spacious. The staff was so nice and helpful. The breakfast was more than I expected with eggs and sausage, fruit, waffles and much more.
