Room was filthy and had broken items, it did not resemble the pictures. We tried to address the issue with the owners, but it has not been resolved. Do not book this room!!!

Grossartig Well located room in a clean and nice building. Easy to walk everywhere and has a nice view .
But it does not include parking / pool / gym / and check in process is a bit complex as it’s not part of the hotel.

The property was dirty and very run down. I had to clean it before hand. I asked to cancel my booking and asked for a full refund after seeing the room. The property manager who I spoke to was no help.

Our booking was last minute and we needed somewhere to stay, our original accommodation had fallen through.
The location was great, central to everything in Surfers, the bonus was ocean views and the very short walk to the beach and tram.
The property itself was below average - features of the room were broken or on its way out, a reading light that had broken off had a screw loosely placed in the hole, the room safe was locked and beeping in the middle of the night, and the air conditioner made a massive bang every time it was turning back on.
The room had an nespresso machine, a kettle, a microwave, some plates, cutlery, and mugs and glasses. It was really bare minimum.
The floor/carpet was a bit dirty with stains and please don't look under the bed.

Full of cockroaches, grime and dirt. If I could have found somewhere else to stay we would've left, place is disgusting.
