Unterdurchschnittlich Paid for an ocean view and lanai we could not use due to construction. Paid for a pool we could not use as it was closed. Workers worked on our lanai while we were sleeping, waking us up. All of which we did not know in advance. Our tv was did not work. Contacted maintenance and after 3 days, remote was replaced, then volume did not work. The place did not care one bit when I shared this terrible experience.

Great location and the room had everything I needed…especially a coffee pot and parking spot included!!
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and would definitely stay again! Check-in and check-out very easy!

Everything was very good, clean and unbelievably convenient. Did have a few problems with a code and a leak in the kitchen and never got an answer from the manager at all! He didn’t have a problem texting us to ask what time we were leaving so he could have housekeepers come in after we left! Overall, it was a very nice property and a great location. Would definitely recommend!

This is not a hotel and being listed as a hotel. Apartment is very small, bed was terrible we had to use the mattress to sleep on the floor.

We arrived and found the room was good. The carpets could be replaced to have a more clean feel and when we got there and opened the freezer there was a rotisserie chicken and some exploded soda cans inside. I sent photos and they apoligized but didnt offer to send anyone to clean it.
The rental also lists that they provided a few laundry pods, which were not restocked. We didnt want to go buy a whole bag just for one load so we just washed at home after the trip.
Bed was comfortable
Views were great
Within walking distance to waikiki beach and all the good restraunts and shops.
