Awesome location. Free wi-fi, air conditioning worked great. It was so beautiful inside. We had our own patio where we could watch the sunset. I never wanted to leave! The beds were really comfy. They gave you all the stuff you need like soaps, shower caps, toothbrushes and toothpaste, wipes and nail files. You could also change the language in the TV too. It was an open and very inviting place to stay. It was so clean and put together. I love Just Blue!

The communications with check in team was great and saved us time. They escorted us to our cave nicely located and with a great view. The cave has a few windows which help us (North Americans) to see outside. The place was clean with a nice patio outside.

Just Blue Suites was one of the best accommodations our family had ever stayed at. Mario was EXTREMELY helpful and patient with all my questions and answered promptly. He treated us like family. We booked this based off the pictures and views and it all exceeded my expectations. The views were magical and everyone was so kind. Air condition blew cold and there was a market close to buy drinks and snacks. I will definitely come back in the future.

The property was extremely central, spotless, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We coordinated both the airport pickup and drop‑off through the property, and everything worked perfectly. The views of the caldera from the terrace—available to guests just above the cave house—are spectacular. We enjoyed having breakfast there every morning, and my daughter loved relaxing with a good book in the afternoons. There is a bit of noise since the house sits just below the main street, and the donkeys trot by early in the morning, but that’s all part of the classic Santorini experience.

Super nice host people! If I visit again, definitely will consider this property!

The Cave rooms (we were in Cave 1) are so unique, well organized & right in the middle of everything in Oia. The view was wonderful & we had plenty of outdoor space (there were steps to sit on to overlook the setting sun & a table with chairs for 7-8 outdoors. The AC worked so well that we were cold, which was a good problem to have in the heat of the day. There was a kitchen (no oven that I recall) but we ate out all the time. The little keurig was perfect for AM espresso. The staff was extremely helpful! The man who greeted us carried one of our suitcases (they recommend getting a porter & that is exactly what you should do! Those stairs up & down & winding around are not something you want to carry -not roll/pull- through to the room). They gave us really good dining & activity recommendations & helped set up taxi srrvice.

How do you say amazing in Greek? First things first. The host: The day before arrival, I got a text asking if I needed a taxi from the port and assistance with the bags (at a very normal fee). We said yes to both and it was perfect. A van waited for us at the docks to take us up to oia. When we got there, a host waited for us to give our bags to the carriers that took them up the village stairs while the host guided us to our place. The room has a balcony before the entrance with a view of the caldera and the castle. I had my coffee there thanks to the espresso machine in the room. The room itself is perfect for what we needed it. 4 of us, there for 2 days. Great bedding, water in the fridge and a tiny bathroom. We didn’t need more than that. The place is in the best location, with access views to the caldera and 5 minute walk to the sunset. Amazing value. The people made it so special. They kept our bags at checkout and waited with them by the post office to take us to the airport. It was just fantastic for our oia visit.

Very clean, heating and cooling are good, no complaints.

An amazing Santorini experience with a gorgeous luxurious cave dwelling perfectly placed on the cliffs! Mario was amazing, meeting us and helping us park. Even after we checked out he went above and beyond! I highly recommend!
