There is no reception in this hotel, and I did not check my email for the instructions, thus we had a bit of a delay. Otherwise, the hotel is good, close to the main attractions and many places to eat around it. It is also very close to Isotor station, which is very convenient and fast to get to the airport.

Room was very modern and clean, comfy beds and nice shower. However, we didn't like the lack of staff, you have to chat to a bot to get answers about issues. I had an eSim from Airalo and had to adjust my settings to get into the room, that was pretty frustrating for us. There was a heatwave and due to no AC we had to leave the windows open to clear the hot and stuffy room. Unfortunately, the cooler air wasn't the only thing that came in - we had to wear earplugs to tame the noise of the tram and the people outside. The smokers' smoke out front also invaded our room. I understand that they choose for it to be an unstaffed hotel, and I realize this is just not my thing. I prefer a staffed hotel to assist with issues. It was a very unpleasant stay for us.

The rooms at the front on L1 is definitely noisy on a Saturday night because it is directly above the bar/ nightclub. You either have to keep the windows shut (the sound attenuation is on). The rooms are contemporary but basic. It is fine as a comfy base for exploring the city. The location is great because it is close to the Isar and Lehel and Au which are nice neighbourhoods. I think this location trumps those hotels that are towards the west of Aldstadt.

Great room, warm and clean. Very central and the bar next door; Terra was really nice. Loved that they gave us water bottles so we could stay hydrated for the trip. It would have been good if there were tea and coffee facilities in the room. That’s my only point. Otherwise perfect.

No breakfast. Adequate room, very small, comfortable bed. Fabulous location. No coffee in room. Heating and AC good. Advertised as apt but just a room + bath.

The check in process was terrible. It’s self check in and the computer went down with an error code. We had to communicate through what’s app. It was timely and awkward.
