Room was very clean and spacious, staff very friendly and helpful, breakfast was okay could have been more choices, didn’t use the laundry services. But you need to be fit as there are only stairs to walk up to your room. Apart from that it was very pleasant

Very clean family room, continental breakfast a plus highly recomend

Rooms were sparkling clean, ours had a large bathroom with bath. Beds were very comfortable and looking out the window to the ocean was lovely. Convenient bar/ restaurant downstairs was great. Would recommend booking if wanting to eat there though. Would recommend.

The room was a good size with everything I needed. Large bathroom with shower and bath. Your breakfast was delivered to your room. Just next to beach. Loved everything about the room!

Wonderful location on the waterfront and close to the main street of Burnie. The staff are so helpful and welcoming. Dining facilities are outstanding and we can vouch for breakfast and evening meals which offer variety and are very good quality. Our room had a comfortable bed, great water pressure in the shower, good climate control, but the best feature was being able to hear the ocean waves crashing on the beach.

Convenient location, clean, functional room (& bathroom), very friendly and helpful staff.

We stayed in the executive Ocean view room, it was spacious. It was like new, big king bed which was very comfy. You get a complimentary continental breakfast, which can be delivered the night before ready for those early morning starts. The only negative thing we could say, is there is only stairs up to the rooms, (which we did read before booking) But the best part is. Across the road is the beach and you can here and see the penguins in the dunes. There's shops and restaurants and takeaways all with in walking distance of the hotel. Even a cinema. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Good: Quick check-in, friendly Staff, Spacious room, Electric Blankets, Delicious Continental Breakfast, All Foxtel Channels, Entry by Security Tag, Hot Shower. Bad: Air-con was set at 30C - room was Cold, Parking on the property was difficult

Looks like it has been newly refurbished. Our room was beach facing with a lovely balcony. TBH we were so surprised how good it was. Everything was new and clean. Big swivel tv and lovely faux fireplace.
