FantastischMit Familie übernachtet
The hotel is just on the beautiful white sandy beach, we can bathe in a cozy wooden bed. Breakfast is not buffet style but we can choose menu, delicious meals !
I love dinner, too, reasonable but wonderful. All the staff are friendly and nice, family atmosphere. I would like to come back !

Fantastisch Værelset var pænt og rent. Personalet gav rigtig fin service.
Vil helt klart anbefale.
Har været på begge øer og vil helt klart anbefale Samloem. Her er smukt, gode restauranter.

Uno dei migliori resort dell’isola, a nord di Saracen Bay. Spiaggia grande e pulitissima con baldacchini (quasi tutti gli altri resort non hanno spiaggia o stanno in mezzo all’immondizia), canoe e sup a disposizione, staff cordiale e premuroso, camere pulite, spaziose e in stile, con bagno all’aperto molto scenografico. Ristorante buono. Posizione comoda per raggiungere sunset beach dall’altro lato dell’isola. In generale ottima scelta. Per raggiungere eccellenza consiglio di aggiungere alla (buona) colazione a la carte anche un buffet di dolci che al momento è assente.

All staff were welcoming and helpful, special call for the front desk who sorted out our transfer to next island, brilliant.
One slight distraction was the noise from the generator which affected the balcony, not heard indoors.
The pool was excellent 25m perfect for getting some lengths in

Fantastisch The staff at the property really want to do a good job for you. Looking at the surrounding properties, it is kept in the best condition.. they try to keep the beach, clean and all the facilities clean. Surrounding areas on the beach, suffer from the same problems of too much garbage, but this place is a good microcosm on the island. Thanks for a great stay.

My stay was okay - there were so many mosquitoes and flies I was not prepared for it. The staff was very nice I enjoyed them . The food was okay- I preferred going next door to Eden resort the food was better and less flies and mosquitoes. The day beds are dirty and old could use better ones. There is no pool which was a bummer but I should had did more research. I think the other resorts are definitely geared towards a fun experience. But if you’re looking for a quiet tranquil experience I would recommend.

The hotel is great! The property seems to be new, the rooms are really lovely and really clean! The balcony on the hillside rooms has such a great view, the rooms are also really peaceful and quiet.
Breakfast is great! Beach is beautiful, cabanas and kayaks free to use. Would definitely recommend!

We stayed here back in 01/2018 and went back 01/2025. This hotel is still a 10/10. The staffs were helpful, the breakfast was great, and the location is where you want to be. The tiny thing I dislike was the shower. The water would get all over the floor, poor design… I would go back and also recommend this hotel for all travelers.

Cute hotel rooms , sliding doors to an air conditioned bedroom. Lots of beach beds with curtains. Close to other restaurants with Happy Hour deals. Breakfast was decent.
Only recommendation is to include a mirror in the rooms as they are only in a few of them.
