Great stay. Rooms are large and well kept up but somewhat outdated - small tv and no charging ports. Staff was excellent.

I have never experienced a more sweet and friendly staff like at clarion Draken in Gothenburg. Sweden. Alexandria was super amazing in helping and guiding us. She deserves a 5 star personal review. I am forgetting the name of this gentlemen with the long breard. He was so friendly and funny. He was super nice too. The breakfast was so elaborate with so much variety including personal omelette option. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Excellent stay at this property. Staff were very helpful especially the staff at Heurlins. Both the waiting staff and chef were excellent at helping with options for a meal excluding my food allergies. Great location with the Tram stops outside to travel through the city. WiFi in room was great. Would definitely return to this property.

Lovely stay. Staff extremely helpful and gave us early check in after a long early flight. Friendly staff and area close to all amenities.

Todo impecable, muy buena experiencia

Couldn't really fault this hotel, great location and walking distance to all areas we wanted to visit. The staff are exceptional and so helpful and friendly. Sadly at check in we weren't informed that the roof top restaurant/bar wasn't open on a Sunday and as we were only there 2 nights was a shame as we planned to visit on the Sunday evening. The tea and coffee in our room was very limited and we were only left 2 sachets of coffee and small amount of milk but we survived (lol) Another thing we noticed that the TV did not work (not that we needed to watch as Gothenberg has plenty to see and do) The iron in our room was in poor condition and burnt my blouse. The reception staff kindly are hopefully sorting a refund for the newly purchased blouse with the finance department. Helene and Nathalie we have to mention as they were so welcoming and helpful. All said we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel. It was so clean. Didn't eat at the hotel so cant comment on the food. We were on the 21st floor and the views were excellent.

This is a very nice hotel, immediately upon walking into the lobby there was someone ready to help. Checking in was a breeze and the room very comfortable and well appointed. The floor that I was on was very quiet all the time. They served breakfast buffet style and the choices were endless, the best selection and quality I have ever seen. It's very easy to over eat here. I partook in refreshments in the rooftop bar where spectacular views of the city were there for enjoyment and again very helpful staff in attendance. Any staff member that I spoke to used very good English so communication was very easy. If ever I'm in Gothenburg again I would definitely stay here.

It is a great hotel. The upsell is a little annoying. But overall, the hotel is beautiful and has nice rooms and a nice view.

Beautiful comfortable stylish Hotel with helpful staff and amazing breakfast. Gym was very well appointed.
