Fantastisch The staff, especially Natasha, were so helpful. My husband had his pocket picked on the Metro. Natasha helped us with every aspect of getting this annoyance fixed and was very compassionate. Also, the property itself was well planned out. Many small touches made our stay comfortable. I would recommend this hotel.

The rooms are ok and the building is in a good location near the train station. There is some noise from the street.

Bon rapport qualité/prix mais surtout excellent emplacement tout près de la gare de train et de l’arrêt de l’Alibus pour l’aéroport (4 minutes de marche) et plusieurs restaurants à côté.

Fantastisch This was a nice hotel with large clean rooms and great location (right in front of Garibaldi station). You can tell that the hotel is well maintained. AC works great and they have free coffee in the common room. There a lot of restaurants close by and it is a quick walk to a lot of Naples landmarks.

Ideal location for the train station and getting to and from the airport on the Alibus. Very nice staff who were very accommodating. The bed was very comfortable and I got a great nights sleep!
