This hotel is great . Well maintained, good location and very helpful staff. They offfer a complementary breakfast which was perfect we really enjoyed it. The staff were so helpful to us . Helping with getting taxis rides and holding our bags. I will definitely recommend this hotels to everyone who like a clean and an update hotel to stay in Athens.

The breakfast was a highlight — generous spread with plenty of options. Staff member Faye was wonderful, genuinely helpful and proactive in trying to resolve issues. However, the front desk experience with Mary was disappointing. When we reported a broken wine opener, she acknowledged it but took no action. When the coffee machine malfunctioned, her response was that she “doesn’t drink coffee” and therefore couldn’t fix it — an unprofessional answer for a hospitality setting. The room also lacked basic toiletries (no toothbrush, no lotion). More concerning, the bedding appeared to have a dust mite issue — I developed a skin reaction after sleeping in the bed, which is a serious hygiene concern worth noting for allergy-sensitive travelers. A property with real potential, let down by inconsistent service and housekeeping standards.

Location was fantastic for exploring the city from and breakfast was lovely. The room had a lot of touch screen buttons rather than normal switches for lights, aircon etc which felt unnecessarily complex and more style over substance but overall a good stay.

The room was spotless and well equipped. It's honestly one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in for comfort, cleanliness, friendlyness and location. Complimentary tea, coffee and bottled water every day was great. Room was cleaned daily, bed made and clean towels daily. Breakfast was really nice, the selection was limited but taking into account the size of the hotel (roughly 13 rooms) it was more than sufficient and the quality of the food was great. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.
