Our stay was very good. We had a sea view room which was a lovely view across from the castle and harbor. The staff was so helpful with restaurants and sights to see, however our short stay provided us only 1 day to tour Pompeii and no time to enjoy breakfast at the hotel due to Early starts and early check out to airport. The young man at the desk also helped us carry small luggage and backbacks (we're older) up the stairs to the 3rd floor boutique hotel which was wonderful! 85 stairs up!!!

Location is good, quiet and close to the center. The room itself is nice, spacious and recently renovated. Beware that the steps up are substantial. Also, this is essentially a renovated apartment and the « lobby » is right outside the door of all the rooms, which makes for a noisy morning.

Fantastisch Great location right in the heart of Naples. Staying near Piazza Municipio makes everything super convenient—close to the port, historic sites, and plenty of amazing food spots. The area is lively and full of energy, which adds to the authentic Naples experience, though it can be a bit noisy at times. Perfect if you want to be in the middle of it all.

Excellent location. Close to the metro with sea views. The fridge in your room an microwave in the common area was great. Only draw back was the building is from 1760 so no elevator. But the atairs helped work off all the calories you eat in naples.

Clean room, comfortable bed, friendly staff and excellent included breakfast brought to your room. View was great and the location had lots of great options for food and close to transit. 10/10! Walking up the stairs would be a no go for anyone with mobility issues.

This is a historic building, and you can tell on the ground floor, but once you climb the stairs the room is beautiful, the staff is so incredibly friendly and helpful!
The breakfast option was amazing, they lightly knock on your door with it all served warm and you can open up the balcony and enjoy the view while eating. It was perfect
