Wall outlets did not work properly. Would have to go out in common area about every 40 minutes to flip the breakers. My husband uses a cpap machine and it was either I stay awake all night with snoring or I get up every little bit to flip breakers for his machine to work

First time staying in Rome for me and my partner. 10minutes walk from termini train station so wasn’t too far away. The room was clean. The bed firm and comfy. The air con was really nice as it was 35degrees every day that we were there for. It was an old school building with an old elevator which gave the place character. The shower pressure was good! Towels provided were clean and changed every 3 days. The kitchen was shared between 2 other rooms but we didn’t use it or need to use it as we were out most of the time. We did have a slight issue entering the property when we first arrived but I rung the emergency number and they called straight back and sorted it very quickly!
There was plenty of shops, restaurants, cafes on the street we were staying on which was ideal in the heat! We used a few of them and didn’t have any complaints. The Spanish steps is about a 15-20minute walk away from the property. And an extra 10 minutes on top of that for the Trevi fountain. The Colosseum and forum about 30-40 minute walk away! We walked everywhere even to the Vatican which was roughly 70minutes! Plenty of public transport if you don’t want to walk too!
Overall the apartment and time we had in Rome was fantastic. I’d definitely recommend this apartment to stay in!

Above all else, the staff was extremely helpful. We ran into a problem with the online check-in and they did everything they could to solve our issue.
Room was clean and with a functioning A/C system that was very appreciative after long days out in Rome.
The in-room mini fridge wasn’t cold but the mini fridge in the kitchen worked perfectly. The bathroom sink drained very slowly, but wasn’t a deal breaker neither.
Check-out process was smooth. Highly recommend this stay.

Marcelle was very helpful and communicative. We had a very early morning check-in due to a late airplane arrival and Marcelle helped us get settled in without complaint. The room was clean and comfortable.

Avoid this place. So many things are wrong here. The internet NEVER worked during our stay and keep in mind in order to access the building and room you need internet. The place is deteriorated, mold in the bathroom, not like the pictures, bathroom sink clogged, you share the apartment, you only get a room and bathroom which was not mentioned. On top of that, they locked us out of the room (with our things inside) because we had not yet paid a 20€ city tax fee, which was going to be paid anyways (unbelievable). The shower pressure was horrible, making showers extremely uncomfortable. The only reason we stayed was because at least the bedsheets were clean and we were extremely tired and it was the last 2 days of our trip. The room also mentions breakfast which is a lie because no one works there. Literally a disaster and made our stay in Rome unpleasant. Please avoid this place.

The property is located in a quiet but convenient area - supermarket, breakfast and several restaurants very nearby.
It’s not really a hotel but part of an apartment. During our 3 night stay we didn’t encounter any staff members - check in and check out was arranged through WhatsApp. I expected new sheets and towels the next day but this happened after 2 nights, which is poor. We also had problems with outlets and the TV, which turned out to be a circuit breaker problem, which they advised us to switch over manually - a maintenance person would be send on our checkout date to fix it. That’s not only disregarding guest safety but also very unprofessional. One does not ask guests to temporarily contain an electrical problem by asking them to open a fuse box!
Despite these set backs with accommodations, Rome is still fantastic. Just avoid this place.
