My stay at EAST Hong Kong was truly a perfect experience. Three moments, in particular, perfectly summarize the outstanding service I received. First, I accidentally left my mobile phone in the breakfast restaurant, and it was promptly returned to me by a member of the staff. Second, after I had checked out, I completely forgot that I had left my Apple Watch in my room. Housekeeper Eva discovered it while preparing the room, proactively handed it over to the Front Office, and it was safely returned to me when I came back to collect my stored luggage. I truly appreciated her honesty, attentiveness, and professionalism. Third, when my Uber arrived, a member of the staff verified the license plate, signaled the driver to pull up directly to the hotel entrance, and personally assisted with loading my luggage into the vehicle. This level of attentiveness and professionalism made my departure completely seamless. Every interaction reflected genuine care, professionalism, and attention to detail. The service was simply flawless. My sincere thanks to Eva and the entire team at EAST Hong Kong for their exceptional hospitality and outstanding care throughout my stay. I look forward to staying here again.

Enjoyed our stay very much. The room was comfortable, the pool and gym were nice amenities, and the coffees at Domain were great. We also had a nice experience at the Sugar rooftop bar. The location was superb with the proximity to the MTR entrance/exit, especially on a rainy day.

Really nice hotel. Rooms are spacious with lots of natural light. The beds are also large and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

It would be nice if can offer discount for the guests if they enjoy the coffee shop or restaurant if accomodate there.

Very good location

Bed is comfortable, room is spacious and clean. Many eateries nearby and connected to few malls. Will stay at East Hotel again for my next visit.

Hotel look too old

I have lost count how many times I’ve stayed at East Hong Kong, and the hotel staff never fail to exceed my expectations in every way possible. This is my only go to hotel in Hong Kong and returning to East Hong Kong always feels like coming home. Thanks once again for looking after me East Hong Kong. Will be back again soon enough. Angie

Visiting family in the eastern part of Hong Kong. This is probably the last best hotel near them. The location is so convenient, close to MTR Tai Koo and easy walk to the shopping center. Plenty of food options in the area and we definitely enjoyed it. Hotel staff was wonderful at check in, and we appreciated the year of the horse gift of a plush animal in our room. We highly recommend splurging for the view of Victoria harbor. It’s a game changer to wake up with such a setting every day. Thank you for helping us jumpstart the year of the horse. We will definitely return on future trips.
