We enjoyed our stay at the Marine Hotel thanks to its fantastic prime location and the great evening entertainment provided.
The hotel exterior is currently undergoing scaffolding work, and while our room was very dated and could use a modern refresh, the staff were friendly and the overall experience was pleasant for a getaway in Llandudno.

Booked this stay for my parents for my Dad’s 70th birthday and booked a superior sea view room which was pretty expensive for the location.
Unfortunately they came back describing it as Fawlty Towers due to the number of issues and incompetence of the staff. The hotel was covered in scaffolding so the sea view was severely restricted, especially with filthy windows. The room also looked nothing like the website.
The lift was out of order and no assistance was offered with bags. My parents saw older people really struggling with no one to help. The swimming pool was also out of service.
Overall it is really run down and there are much better options available.
