location is great in the historical center of Cusco, near the train stations which made it easy to access for early rides to Machu Picchu. 24hours front desk availability is useful. The front desk young man was very helpful with directions and questions. The hotel packed us a breakfast bag for our early train.

The staff were welcoming and helpful, even allowing us entry to our room earlier than check-in. The breakfast was simple but delicious and although the room was cold, there was lots of blankets and they had the option to rent a heater if required (5 USD). The room and bathroom was clean and the shower was strong and hot. The hotel was conveniently located, a short 10/15 mins walk to Plaza de Armas and easy to arrange pickup with external companies for day trips. Highly recommend!

Very good location, and very cozy atmosphere. I would’ve liked if they had some sort of heating system, as Cusco can get quite cold…

The only downsides to my room were the squeaky wood flooring and poor sound insulation – I could easily hear people outside.

I didn’t know what to expect, but I was amazed how nice and rustic this hotel was. The staff is very nice and will go out of their ways to understand us and our pour Spanish. I recommend strongly if you want to be close to everything and don’t want to pay to much. The only downside is it’s noisy outside at night because of the traffic, but I really didn’t mind. I will book again if I come back to Cuzco.
