The staff was very friendly,

Hotel was good and staff were very polite. Breakfast was good. Nice parking area but the AC in our room was broken and they couldn’t fix it and they didn’t have any other room to offer so we had a rough night with heat and we had to open the windows to get rid of heat so the noise was too much and annoying.

Average hotel. Clean and did the job for a one-night stay. Positives were polite workers and clean bed. Negatives were that my air conditioner didn’t work. My towel smelled like cigarettes. And the location is not very good. Coming from the city side, there’s not even a clear entrance to the hotel by road. I wouldn’t stay again.

Good

We checked in last night, but our stay was quite problematic. When we entered the room, the first thing we noticed was how extremely hot it was. I tried to turn on the air conditioning, but only the fan was working — both heating and cooling functions were inactive. The temperature could not be adjusted. When I called reception and explained the situation, the staff member seemed very surprised that I was asking about the AC. He mumbled something like “It should be working” and said he would send someone. Unfortunately, no one ever came, even after several hours. It felt like the air conditioning season hadn’t started yet, or that the owner decides which rooms get cooling. To cool the room, we had to open the windows, but since the hotel is surrounded by agricultural fields, the room quickly filled with mosquitoes. It became impossible to sleep comfortably at night. In the shower, there were still hairs from the previous guest. I tried to clean it with the shower head, but the water pressure was very low, making it difficult even to take a shower. Positive note: The location is very good if you want to stay near the airport. Actually, if I had been satisfied with the hotel, I was planning to stay 3 more nights, but because they made no effort to solve the AC problem, I checked out in the morning. In summary, there are serious deficiencies in basic areas (air conditioning, water pressure, and cleanliness). I hope the hotel management sees these issues and finds solutions for t

Everything was exceptional, breakfast, staff, cleanliness-

Staff were extremely nice, everything was clean, breakfast was nice, love the 24/7 restaurant lol

I'm sorry the airport shuttle service was closed.

Good alternative, close to the airport.

I stayed in a smoking room that was really gross and stinky. I understand smoking room can smell but not in a way couldn’t even sleep.
