Great location! The room is small and the bed is too small for two people to sleep on. I I love the espresso machine in the room and the water refill station by the elevator.

The hotel is located just a few blocks off of Michigan, making it very convenient accessing public transit and some of the most popular tourist spots.

I provided Club Quarters with a 4-Star review for a one night stay, as it was a last minute purchase that I was able to obtain for $106 per(without taxes). Parking - They partner with a local parking garage to offer $28 rate for 24 hours with validated parking. As compared to the $7.00 day/$3.50 evening, this is the best rate I found while staying and is .20mi from the hotel. Room - I booked a queen for two people. While the rooms are small, if you're staying for one night, it is manageable, but the space is small if you have many bags. AC was great for the heat and humidity. Bathroom was clean all around and they provide soap and towels. There is no microwave or fridge. Amentities - They provide and ice machine in the hotel. They had water and gratis water bottles to fill on the floor. In the sub basement they have a hotel, which is equipped very nicely. On my stay it was a bit humid and this messed with my sinuses, so I did not use. It ran out of cleaning solution, but was well stocked with towels, so I did not use. They have a members lounge also in the basement, that works well if you need to do work. It is stocked with a machine for hot water, tea, coffee. Staff - At the time that we checked in, we were directed to use a self-check in machine by staff and that process was a bit unusual. With their help, we created our key cards for our rooms. Overall - It's downtown, accessible to site seeing and food. I did feel safe during the day and evening. Good stay for price.

Staff was perfect, elevators available and fast enough, room was really nice (only issue was bathroom fan didn’t work - not sure if it was supposed to). Foldout chair was a great bed for my daughter. Water was hot and high pressure on 8th floor; Best location imaginable, blocks from art museum and Willis Tower; parking fantastic 2 blocks away with in/out privileges for $28/day. $550/3 nights during 4th July pretty reasonable. Will check availability at this place before any other on next trip to Chicago.

I loved the business center downstairs with the coffee and tea station. My only problem with the property is it constantly smelled like weed and I walked in to my room and the cleaning lady was on my toilet using my phone charger and I could smell my perfume that she must’ve used

They offer a great rate per stay at very convenient location. Free purified water in each floor and a guest launge with free coffee and hot water.

We were a little surprised at how narrow the halls were, but this is an older building... A highrise! The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was quiet and comfortable, although I was surprised that there was no refrigerator. We pre purchased the breakfast, which is provided in the neighboring restaurant, and we're delighted with the quality.

didnt even check in the rudest arrogant front desk person ever if thats who that hotel hires? didnt need to stay there plenty of other chicago hotels to choose from

I got in early left luggage at front desk but they placed these sticker numbers on luggage handles that left glue residue giving me sticky fingers. I had to wipe it down. While I appreciate the luggage storage would recommend using tie string. When I came back the front desk had me checked in on iPad and I did but there were no room keys therefore I still had to get keys from front desk. Staff was pushy about using iPad yet it was not stored for check in. Then I asked for my luggage and took over 15 minutes to get it. I don’t feel any urgency on staff. There were two staff but one was struggling quite a bit checking in everyone coming in from my observation. Just very delayed, possible staff training needed. I stayed here last month and really liked it but this time around the room was not very cleaned, there was stuff on wall and bathroom floor was not mopped. The room was smaller. The bottles of water at water station were empty and the water station had t been cleaned dusty. The Kleenex box at my room was super dusty and remote control for tv was dirty I used my personal disinfectant wipes. Very disappointed ☹️
