Our room smelled of cigarette smoke and we found a butt behind our sofa. The bed was comfortable but the stairs to the room are rather dangerous. The breakfast was a French continental style and the coffee was very good. Parking is very tight and limited.

Celine in the front desk was very friendly and helpful and warm and smiley! Helped us with the parking which is hard to find right with the hotel, limited space (around 10 spots only) so you should book it in advance in the higher season.
Hotel is clean and great location.

The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The rooms were cosy and very clean. Lovely walk in shower. The TV only has french channels but you can log into YouTube and watch you favourite. Breakfast was lovely and starts from 6am-10am. Everyone was so lovely in this hotel and the area was lovely too. Thank you to the staff for making us feel at home for 5 days 🙏😁

The staff was supper “sympa” which means they are super nice and accommodating! Gave me good advice as to how to navigate the city of Lyon! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!!

As our train from Lille was cancelled (fire on the line), we missed our first pre-paid night, arriving hot & tired next day, Very friendly, sympathetic welcome and helpful information given. Nice, quiet, comfortable room with working aircon and tea/coffee regularly replenished by the kettle. Short walk from the rail station or tram & pleasant stroll to park & amenities.

Everything was great. They checked with me if I need new towels and tea/coffee. They were extremely helpful and friendly. It’s walking distance from a transit station and close to all the major attractions.

The bed was big and comfortable, (though the pillows were terrible), and the bathroom was new. The rest of the hotel was shabby. The breakfast isn’t really worth taking, better to go to one of the many lovely cafes in the area.
The location is very good.
