I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean and the staff were very friendly. They even surprised me with a birthday cake and balloons, and the sea view was amazing as well. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Unser 4T3N Aufenthalt im Lexis Suites Penang war wirklich unvergesslich! Die Executive Pool Suite war sauber, gemütlich, und der private Pool machte das Erlebnis noch spezieller. Das Frühstücksbuffet hatte eine tolle Auswahl, und alle Mitarbeiter waren höflich und aufmerksam. Der Meerblick vom Balkon war wunderschön, besonders während des Sonnenuntergangs. Sehr empfehlenswert für Paare oder Familienausflüge - wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Sauberkeit: Das Zimmer war super sauber und gepflegt! Der private Pool und das Badezimmer waren makellos sauber, und das Housekeeping-Team hat jeden Tag einen tollen Job gemacht. Wirklich zufrieden mit der Sauberkeit und dem gesamten Aufenthalt.♥️

Die Warteschlange beim Check-in war nicht lang, aber es ging trotzdem langsam. Vielleicht lag es daran, dass das Personal eine ordentliche Einführung in die Hoteleinrichtungen gab und alle Fragen der Kunden beantwortete. Ich war schon früher Stammkunde, insgesamt war es schön, sich im Hotel aufzuhalten, ohne rausgehen zu müssen.

Everythings are perfect to me and my small family. Hotel staff very friendly and very kind as they try to fulfill my request for a high level floor unit and got very nice hill and calm view. Thanks much really appreciate it 👍🏻Amenities and location also great. very close to the beach.

From the receptionist to housekeeping, the staff's service were really good. Seems like they are working together very well to bring out the best experience during our stay. Staff who did our check in both work their best to get us the room desirable to our needs and we really appreciate it. The house keeping that did our room 2102 that day made a drawing welcoming us to the room. now that's an effort. Whoever did that deserves to get a good review. The staffs at the restaurant was so helpful. eventhough it's not breakfast time, when we requested hot water, she immediately fill up my thermos without any charges. Well, overall, we love this hotel. The location was superb with a very nice view of the port! Hope we can come again!
