Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt, was es zu einer perfekten Option für Zwischenstopps oder Aufenthalte macht. Unser Zimmer war komfortabel mit allen Notwendigkeiten und das Frühstück war solide. Der Geräuschpegel war minimal, so dass wir vor unserem Flug gut schlafen konnten, was immer hilfreich ist. Das Highlight war jedoch der Manager, Edward. Er begrüsste uns herzlich und ging sogar noch einen Schritt weiter, indem er mir Kaffee, Eier und Roti Canai anbot, als ich das volle Buffet ausliess. Für diejenigen, die nach KLIA1 fahren, gibt es einen Shuttle, den Sie buchen können, aber wenn Sie nach KLIA2 fahren, ist es nur ein kurzer und einfacher Spaziergang durch eine überdachte Unterführung.

My 2nd time here. Love the serenity and tranquility of this resort ❤️ really appreciate that they prepared small birthday cake for me, such a lovely welcoming gift 🫶🏻 even though we did have some hiccups during the check in and cannot get into our room on the 2nd day (we believe they rgster our stay as 2D1N instead of 3D2N), but the staff were helpful and solved the issues promptly. Breakfast were good enough for us, and the pools definitely the highlight here. However, the toilet room needs some upgrade on the door lock and lighting. The rest were all good and we will coming back in the future 😄

Alles ist perfekt im Zimmer, außer dass es nur 1 Restaurant dort gibt. Man hat keine andere Wahl, als zum Flughafen zu fahren, nur um gutes Essen und Snacks zu bekommen. Aber insgesamt ist es gut. Zimmer, Einrichtungen, Personal, Sauberkeit, Klimaanlage, es ist wirklich schön. Ich erinnere mich an eine Sache, das Glasfenster sollte einseitig getönt sein. Mein Fehler auch, da ich nicht zuerst überprüft habe, dass man von innen durchsehen kann. Also ja. Die Aussicht ist gut und sie haben auch einen Shuttle-Service zum Flughafen und zurück zum Hotel.

it wasn't easy to find but if you keep asking you'll eventually get there. It was worth the money especially if you have long layover.

Good service, nice environment. The room ambiance is also comfortable and beautiful. Parking is easy too. Just for improvement, if possible, please consider changing the check-out time from 12:30 PM to 2 PM. It would be more efficient because, you know, sometimes many family members need time to get ready, shower, and everything takes a long time. Besides that, for shared use and to get better reviews, it would be even better to have a smart TV to watch YouTube, Netflix, etc. because most hotels already have these facilities. Your hotel is very good, that's the only thing lacking. And don't forget to add a hair dryer as well. For the rest, no comments. Everything is okay 😘 Wishing you more success in the future. Ein Ort, der Jungs wirklich gefällt. Ich war dieses Mal mit meinen Freunden dort und hatte noch mehr Spaß. Besonders lustig war es, in den Roboter einzusteigen und zu entkommen.
