Although it requires driving to get there, it's truly one of the top choices for family-friendly hotels. It has complete family facilities, including a pool, playground, and more. The rooms are comfortable, the beds are good for sleeping, and the breakfast is delicious. There's nothing to complain about.

The hotel is centrally located, and parking is relatively convenient, though you'll have to pay out of pocket (around $380 NTD for one night, parking calculated until the next day). Hmm... The hotel uses automated check-in, but there are still staff available (we were able to borrow umbrellas when it rained that day). We stayed in a double room, which was quite spacious. The bathroom is a bit outdated (but I'm happy as long as there's a bathtub), but it's clean and tidy. The street view from the window is lovely. My only minor point is that the room is quite large, so why is the TV so small? Just a personal opinion, haha. Overall, the price of just over a thousand NTD makes it a pretty good value for money.

The location is excellent, with many local Hsinchu delicacies within walking distance. I recommend the duck meat noodles, and the stir-fried duck blood is a must-order – a delicious sweet and sour treat! The staff is also very friendly. I thought the hotel would be busy during the first weekend of summer vacation, but when I arrived around 2 PM, they told me I could leave my luggage and they would notify me when the room was ready. I received a call around 2:30 PM while I was still eating, letting me know I could check into the room. I booked the cheapest room without an exterior window, but it actually had a floor-to-ceiling window, just facing the interior courtyard. The bed in the room was super large! A highlight of the hotel is the children's playroom, which is really suitable for kids – they went wild! And the playroom is super beautiful and great for taking pictures! Having a swimming pool at this price point is really great, but unfortunately, the pool was too hot during the day. The temperature was perfect for swimming in the evening! I slept in too late and missed breakfast, so I can't comment on what breakfast was like. Overall, the price is commensurate with the room rate, and it's a hotel I would visit again!

The room was spacious and comfortable. On the first day of my stay, a typhoon hit, bringing heavy rain and cold weather. However, the air conditioning could only be adjusted to a maximum of 24.5 degrees Celsius, and one blanket wasn't warm enough. I told the housekeeping staff about it the next day, and they gave me two blankets. Then I found out I could adjust it to 25 degrees! But the weather outside got warmer!

Wir haben als dreiköpfige Familie im Familienzimmer übernachtet. Das Zimmer war geräumig, die Betten bequem und die Saunaanlage war komplett ausgestattet (Kalt- und Warmbecken, Dampfsauna). Die Aussicht aus dem oberen Stockwerk war sehr gut. Das Einkaufszentrum Big City ist etwa 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Einziger Wermutstropfen war die geringe Anzahl an Fernsehsendern. Insgesamt aber sehr empfehlenswert.

The service truly lives up to its five-star rating. The staff are friendly and helpful, assisting with luggage to the lobby during check-in and to the car during check-out. The family room is very comfortable, and downstairs you'll find a sauna, pool, billiards, and clean laundry facilities. The view from the window is beautiful at night, and the breakfast is delicious with a wide variety of fresh ingredients. With a Japanese restaurant, Cantonese restaurant, and Teppanyaki restaurant right downstairs, you can easily make a reservation from your room if you're too tired to go out. Highly recommend the Cantonese cuisine, it's delicious.

Absolutely a perfect score for me! 💯 The service is just outstanding.☺️❤️❤️ Whether it's the front desk staff or the breakfast service staff, everyone is really nice.❤️❤️ Location-wise, it's closer to Zhubei, but you can reach FE21 Mega in less than ten minutes by Ubike, and there's a PX Mart supermarket near the hotel, which I personally find quite convenient. The room and key specifications show that it was once a glorious establishment, the space is really huge, and the bathtub is so comfortable to soak in. The Sapindus shampoo is quite nice. In addition, I personally love the rustic feel of the wooden furniture.❤️ And the view from the seventh floor is beautiful.❤️ Overall, it's a hotel I would definitely consider staying at again.👍👍

The location is good, and it's confirmed that there's no parking lot, but the room rate is reasonable, and the space is surprisingly spacious. Although you can tell it's an older hotel, it's cleaned very well 👍. Also, the breakfast is very surprising, with many choices and decent flavor. They even serve green smoothies! It's a hotel I'll definitely visit again.

Das Personal an der Rezeption war ausgezeichnet. Da ich mitten in der Nacht zum Flughafen musste, stellte ich einige Fragen. Das Personal an der Rezeption besprach diese sehr geduldig mit mir. Außerdem kann dieses Hotel einen Flughafentransfer arrangieren. Die Zimmer sind klein, aber sauber und komfortabel. Das einzige, was mir aufgefallen ist, ist, dass die Stufe im Badezimmer etwas hoch ist, was etwas unpraktisch ist. Insgesamt war aber alles super.
