First, the breakfast buffet was superb and the staff were friendly and very helpful. The place is serene and beautiful and location is very good and near popular establishments near Clark. Overall, very highly recommended.

Das Zimmer war super heiß. Die Klimaanlage konnte es bei dem heißen Wetter nicht abkühlen, daher war es am Nachmittag nach dem Check-in super heiß und wir konnten uns nicht wirklich entspannen. Aber sie haben uns einen Ventilator geliehen. Das Personal ist super zuvorkommend und nett. Im Sunset Restaurant gab es super viele Fliegen, was beim Essen sehr ablenkend war. Service:

Our stay at Royce Hotel was excellent! The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were warm, courteous, and always ready to assist, making our stay smooth and hassle-free.
The location is very convenient, especially for travelers, and the amenities provided added to the overall comfort and relaxation. The ambiance of the hotel is elegant yet cozy — perfect for both business and leisure stays.
Highly recommended, and we will definitely stay here again!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im First Clark Hotel sehr genossen. Das Hotel ist neu, sauber und sehr geräumig, was unseren Aufenthalt komfortabel und entspannend machte. Das Personal war auch sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Insgesamt hat uns unser Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen und wir würden dieses Hotel jedem empfehlen, der Clark besucht.

One of the best hotels in Clark Pampanga. They room comes with great inclusions such as welcome snacks in their cafe and welcome drinks in their bar. Value for money and highly recommended.

There were lot of flies around the property, even during the breakfast, which made it quite uncomfortable. Our VIP Villa room was located at the back of the kitchen so we constantly experienced food smells drifting in. We enjoy only the room and pool after the kitchen was closed at 10pm. Overall, the ambience is nice and has relaxing vibe.

Der Check-in war ein Kinderspiel. Was cool ist, ist, dass sie einen Eiswürfelspender und einen Wasserspender im Gemeinschaftsbereich haben. Ich liebe das Eis, besonders bei diesem heißen Wetter.
