Wir haben kostenlose Werbegeschenke, Getränke und Gebäck vor der offiziellen Tour während des Wartens erhalten. Sir Ivan war sehr zuvorkommend und half bei jedem Stopp während der Tour, Fotos von allen zu machen. Er empfahl uns auch, wo wir die Geschenkgutscheine einsetzen können, und wir hatten ein tolles Abendessen im Kiapo.

Amazing experience. The guide is really accomodating, and the walkthrough is well thought of. Free cold drink when we arrived, and a lot of tastings. Make your own bar included. Very good!

Great location. Very accessible to MOA and Ayala Malls Manila Bay. The check-in process was quite quick despite the long queue. The only concern I had was that we were hearing a continuous noise. We thought that was from the AC but it seemed to be coming from the electrical room or something. We stayed on the very top floor (18th).

I had a wonderful experience staying in grand west side hotel for the firstime. The lobby is good smell with I really like and admire in a hotel. The room is clean and spacious. Aircon is strong and water in the bathroom is strong also. The staff are kind and helpful, they give your request easily. The breakfast area is so warm and esthetic, clean and with a variety of food.

Our stay at Okada Manila was truly exceptional! From the moment we arrived, the service exceeded all our expectations. A very special mention to Wenzy, who made our experience unforgettable. She was incredibly attentive, always checking in to make sure we were comfortable, happy, and had everything we needed. Her genuine warmth and professionalism made us feel so valued and cared for.
The room was spacious, spotless, and smelled absolutely luxurious — every detail felt premium. The technology in the room was impressive, from the automated curtains and smart lighting to the built-in music system. Everything was designed for comfort and convenience, giving us that “feeling rich” experience throughout our stay.
