This exhibition introduces Japanese food, which is attracting increasing attention around the world, from multiple perspectives, including science and history, along with a wide variety of specimens and materials. The exhibition will introduce the variety of ingredients nurtured by the nature of the Japanese archipelago, the techniques developed by the wisdom and ingenuity of the people, the historical transition, and the future of Japanese food, and will highlight the appeal of Japanese food, which may seem familiar but is surprisingly unknown.

Da es der letzte Tag ist, sind viele Leute da und es ist voll. Der Inhalt ist sehr interessant. Es war eine tolle und gute Erfahrung. Es gibt auch einen QR-Code für das Rezept, daher möchte ich ihn als Referenz für die Zubereitung traditioneller japanischer Gerichte verwenden. Es gab viele Panels und es war leicht zu verstehen.
