  • This event is in the form of QR CODE electronic tickets, and there is no replacement for physical tickets.
  • This event adopts the form of fully electronic tickets. After successfully purchasing the tickets, you will receive the electronic ticket QR Code by email. When you enter the venue, you can show the QR code on your mobile phone, or print the QR Code directly for scanning the admission ticket.
  • The QR Code electronic ticket sent by the system is equivalent to the official admission ticket. One set of QR Code can only be used by one person.
  • Each account is limited to purchase a total of 10 tickets.
  • Each ticket requires a $40 platform handling fee, which will be settled together with the ticket price.
  • Each ticket ordered cannot be issued separately. Tickets can only be issued to one email address.
  • If the performance is cancelled or postponed, the organiser SPACE MUSIC FESTIVAL is responsible for the relevant program arrangements and reserves the right to reschedule. If the event is cancelled or postponed due to the Hong Kong government’s epidemic restrictions, the ticket will be reserved for one year. The ticket holder can only enter Water World Ocean Park Hong Kong once with the ticket from 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm on September 23, 2023 and enter the Water World Ocean Park Hong Kong entrance. The ticket is non-refundable or exchangeable and can only be used once by the ticket holder on the date and time specified above. This ticket cannot be upgraded to ““Year-round Go Splash Membership””/"“Year-round Go Splash Lite Membership”" on the day of park visit. The ticket includes access to the amusement facilities open in the park. Water World Ocean Park Hong Kong will close the amusement facilities at any time due to repairs, maintenance, bad weather or other reasons without prior notice.   • Admission ticket holders can use the free shuttle bus service from Ocean Park Hong Kong to Water Park Ocean Park Hong Kong. Visitors can take a shuttle bus to Water Park Ocean Park Hong Kong at the public bus interchange near the entrance.
  • Water World Ocean Park Hong Kong provides convenient keyless lockers for visitors to rent online or on-site at a daily fee. During the rental period, they can be opened repeatedly by themselves, allowing you to easily store personal belongings.
  • Visitors can bring their own sandals/slippers, swimsuits, waterproof bags and towels, or purchase them at the merchandise shop in the lobby.
