Luggage Information
- You may bring more luggage if the number of passengers is less than the limit (e.g. bring up to 10 pieces of standard sized luggage if there are only 5 passengers in a van)
- The driver has the right to refuse a reservation if the group size or luggage exceeds the capacity of the reserved vehicle. In this case, no refunds will be issued
- Standard luggage size are 24-inch(40x24x62cm)/28-inch(47x28x72cm)
- Two 24-inch luggage will be considered as one passenger count, and one 28-inch luggage will also be considered as one passenger count
- One stroller/wheelchair will be considered equivalent to one 28-inch luggage (equivalent to one passenger count). If you are carrying a stroller/wheelchair, please be sure to fill in the relevant quantity information in the baggage section on the booking page
- Please specify the exact quantity and size of your luggage. The company will not be held responsible if the scheduled vehicle is unable to accommodate all luggages due to failure to provide details upon booking
- To ensure a smooth travel experience, please carefully read the luggage & passenger capacity information
- Accommodate a maximum of 6 Passengers with 4x24-inch luggages/ 5 Passengers with 4x24-inch luggages & 2x28-inch luggages for space convenience
Notice
- This service is applicable in all weather conditions (excluding extreme weather which accounnced by Korea Meteorological Administration).
- Customer service will contact customer two to three days before the departure tour date to confirm the planned travel itinerary and pick up time.
- To facilitate communication, please ensure that your mobile phone has international roaming service enabled and provide contact details for Messaging Apps (Whatsapp/Line/Viber/WeChat, etc ) *for Line, please ensure that your ID is set to public
- The duration of the itinerary may subject to changes due to weather, traffic, political factors, travel dates, or other reasons.If necessary, you may contact online customer service to advise the best itinerary that suits your needs.
- If the itinerary involves island attractions and is not accessible with vehicle, the driver will select nearest drop-off point and provide assistance at the corresponding pier.
- The duration of all itineraries will be calculated based on the booking time, Additional time will not be compensated for any delays or other situations.
- If you need to modify the booked itinerary or time, changes can be made free of charge up to 24 hours before the departure travel date (changes are prohibited while the trip is ongoing).
- In case of any emergencies on the departure day, please contact the provided contact information (stated at the bottom of the voucher).
- If multiple vehicles required on the same date/time, it is recommended to make separate bookings.
- Please read the baggage instructions and understand the passenger capacity. The company will not be held responsible for any inability to accommodate due to incorrect information provided in the booking.
- The activity does not include personal travel insurance. It is recommended to purchase travel insurance before traveling abroad.
- For airport transfer service, please provide flight number, date, departure, and arrival time are require (no cancellations are allow for same-day bookings).
- All routes and time calculations will be based on the local Korean transportation software (T-MAP). If you have any doubts on the route and time calculations, feel free to contact online customer service.
- i.M will do its best to arrange appropriate drivers based on the language preferences provided by the customers. If there are any issues, customers can contact the 24-hour online customer service, which provides multilingual support in Chinese, English, and Japanese.
