Equipment Pilates - Workshop (Pilates Reformer):
Pilates is an exercise that can strengthen the core strength of the waist and abdomen to prevent chronic strain. The Pilates core bed (Reformer) is one of the equipment in Pilates. Its difference lies in the addition of horizontal and vertical bars above the table, allowing different movements to be performed to achieve full-body training.
Pain Relief Stretch / Ground Yoga - Yoga Wheel - Workshop (Stretch Yoga) / ( Yoga – Yoga Wheel )
The instructor will use yoga stretching and basic stretching training methods to improve the flexibility and joint flexibility of the students. They will do their best to relieve the tightness of the body in daily life and increase flexibility: it can help improve problems such as low back pain and incorrect sitting postures. .
Designed for common pain conditions among urbanites, such as cervical spondylosis, backache and bone pain.

3. Floor Yoga - Yoga Wheel (one hour per session):
*Tuesday 9:15am - 10:30am
- Thursday 9:15am - 10:30am
- Sunday 2:00pm – 3:00pm / 3:15pm – 4:15pm
