Good to know

  • The date of purchase is not the date of use. During the exhibition period (2022/10/20-2023/05/14), anyone with a voucher can enter the venue without changing the date of use.
  • After purchasing the ticket, please complete the redemption during the exhibition period, and it will be invalid after the expiration date. Please go directly to the entrance of the exhibition venue for verification and entry if you do not need to exchange tickets with the voucher; tickets that have been verified will not be refunded.
  • Each ticket can only be used once during the exhibition period and cannot be reused.
  • The same order needs to enter the venue together. If you need to enter the venue separately, please place separate orders. *Please keep the tickets properly. If lost, damaged or expired, they will not be reissued or replaced.
  • For those who are eligible for love tickets and free tickets, all discounts cannot be used at the same time when purchasing tickets. Please present relevant supporting documents for verification by the staff when entering the venue.
  • Eligibility for Love Ticket:
  • (1) Children over the age of 3 (inclusive) and under the age of 6
  • (2) Elders over 65 years old (inclusive), need to show the original certificate

  • Eligibility for free tickets:
  • (1) People who hold handbooks for the physically and mentally handicapped must show their original certificates when entering the venue

  • Playing, running and eating are prohibited in the exhibition hall. Do not bring food or drinks into the venue; smoking, chewing gum and betel nut are prohibited.
  • It is forbidden to sell or resell tickets at the exhibition site; if there is any improper behavior and the persuasion fails, you must leave the venue immediately without any objection, and the ticket fee will not be compensated or refunded.
  • Pets (except guide dogs), long-handled umbrellas, strollers, and various dangerous and contraband items are not allowed in the exhibition hall.
  • It is forbidden to beat, touch or climb the exhibits and showcases in the exhibition hall. If there is any damage, compensation shall be made according to the price.
  • There are designated staff in the exhibition hall to maintain order in the venue. If you find any suspicious person or unknown object, pick up a lost item, or feel unwell, please immediately notify the nearby staff for assistance.
  • If you need to re-enter the venue on the same day, please stamp the verification stamp at the exit, and show the verification stamp at the entrance to queue up again to enter the venue. It is only valid on the same day.
