• Regarding delivery orders, merchants will provide the package tracking number via email 1-2 days prior to the selected delivery date.
• The delivery company will contact the customer on the day of delivery to arrange a delivery time.
• If the customer cannot be reached within 2 days after the first delivery attempt, the delivery will be canceled and the product returned to the merchant's warehouse. A refund will be provided to the customer after deducting two shipping fees (TWD300) (one fee for providing the delivery service to the customer, and one fee for shipping the product back to the merchant's warehouse).
• If there are any unusual odors or damages, please contact our staff for assistance with exchanges or call our specialists to report the exchange. You can find the contact information on your confirmation voucher.
