Class Descriptions: 1. Full-Body Sculpting Sculpt and tone your entire body with high-frequency, low-impact exercises. Target your arms, thighs, and especially your glutes and abdomen. Experience the burning sensation and muscle tremors as you work out!

2. High-Intensity Cardio + Pilates The first half of the class consists of high-intensity exercises with short rest periods, creating a calorie-burning effect and strengthening your core muscles. The second half focuses on Pilates exercises on the mat, targeting deep muscles, correcting body posture, and emphasizing control of the core muscle group.

3. Barre Workout Barre is a popular body-shaping exercise derived from the US. It combines elements of ballet, Pilates, yoga, and incorporates equipment such as resistance balls, resistance bands, and dumbbells. Through high-frequency, low-impact movements, this workout effectively trains every muscle group in your body, enhances stability and control of your core muscles, sculpts your body lines, boosts metabolism, and improves body alignment.
