Der Van ist geräumig und bequem, wo alle meine Kinder unseren 3-stündigen Landausflug nach Hua Hin genossen haben. Der zugewiesene Fahrer ist sehr nett, mit ihm zu sprechen, da er gut Englisch sprechen kann. Er kam auch pünktlich in unserem Hotel an. Ausgezeichneter Service und es ist sehr praktisch, wenn man mit Kindern reist.

Auf der Rückfahrt verlor der Fahrer seine Tasche in Hua Hin und fuhr schließlich alleine mit dem Auto zurück nach Bangkok! Der Kundenservice ist nicht in der Lage, Probleme in Echtzeit zu lösen, und er weiß nicht einmal, wo der Kanal ist, um eine Rückerstattung zu beantragen. Es ist eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung und wird nicht empfohlen!
