COVID-19 safety measures

  • Entry requirements - Visitors ages 18 and above must present proof of any vaccine recognised by their national government or a negative PCR test taken within the previous 72 hours
  • Testing - Non-vaccinated ticket-holders who have not been tested within this period can use the testing facility adjacent to the Expo 2020 site. It takes around four hours to get the results. The PCR test will be free of charge on presentation of any valid Expo 2020 ticket
  • Before coming to Expo - Please do not visit Expo 2020 if you are suffering from any health symptoms associated with COVID-19, if you have been in close contact with an individual confirmed as COVID-19 positive, or are under any quarantine/self-quarantine orders

Dieses Ticket wurde nicht bestätigt, ich hatte den Veranstaltungsort erreicht und hatte fast 12-15 Chats mit KLOOK geführt, aber keine Tickets wurden bestätigt, musste Tickets am Schalter kaufen, da der Ticketschalter auch bestätigte, dass keine Tickets gebucht waren, später am Nachmittag Gutscheine erhalten, aber? sie waren nutzlos, da Tickets bereits am Schalter gekauft wurden, die Antwort des KLOOK-Teams wurde auf Stornierung gewartet, da es sich um eine Ganzmonatskarte handelt, die von KLOOK für jeden nächsten Käufer bestätigt werden kann, da es nicht meine Schuld ist
