Ich habe ihren Service für meine Auslandsreise genutzt. Es war schnell und zuverlässig. Sie können das Ergebnis innerhalb von 20 bis 30 Minuten an Ihre E-Mail-Adresse erhalten.
The actual booking process and test was easy. Lady at the front was polite and the test was done very quickly. Turnaround time was over 24 hours and I had to miss a flight. I should have gotten the test earlier to give more buffer time but all the reviews said they received results in less than 24 hours. I still don’t hold that against them. What I do hold against them is the poor communication. I asked repeatedly if they could provide any word about when I would possibly receive the results. They would not communicate with me at all through email for hours even though they initially replied instantly when I first inquired about results.
