Firstly, I did not get to experience this activity on 9th May, I received an email 2 days before (7th May) my booking date to say that the hotel will be closed as they are helping the government in isolation or whatever reasons. Will a hotel be known of this ONLY 2 DAYS BEFORE? I wouldn't know and this is not within my control nor the hote. The part where I am disgusted is how Klook chooses to resolve this. They gave me 3 options 1) Change the stay date 2) Choose a different staycation/product since are using our Singapore vouchers 3) Refund the NON SDV portion Sub point 1 - what the &%$^ is with option 3? With no fault of the buyer, you are eating our vouchers?!!! Sub point 2 - For option 2, they said they will take 2 weeks to process? Do you seriously need 2 weeks to process a booking when I already gave you my alternative options? If you are expecting a lot of cancellations or postponements, it is basic procedures to handle those bookings that are occurring the soonest! My booking is in 2 days for god's sake! I am also in the service industry and I am trained and taught to handle urgent requests within 24 hours! And a company like Klook cannot? What team are you guys hiring then? ok EVEN if you cannot process my request within 24 hours, as I am writing this, it is 13th May, NONE of your team bother to reply my various emails. Is it so hard to send an email ' we have received your request, please give us up to 2 weeks as stated to process it' is it that hard? If so, please let your management team replace your entire team or get someone who is willing to attend to a customer more sincerely.

no frills and customer service was almost non existence. overall not a bad experience. The mothers day deal was worthy though.
Schöne und komfortable Zimmer. Die Lage ist leicht zugänglich, da sie sich direkt über der MRT-Station Outram Park befindet. Chinatown ist zu Fuß erreichbar und in der Nähe gibt es auch viele Cafés. Das Badezimmer ist ein bisschen klein, um sich leicht zu bewegen. Ein kleines Problem, das in einem meiner Zimmer aufgetreten ist, ist beim Einchecken, es gibt eine leere Wasserflasche im Duschraum und es wurde nach mehr Kissen gefragt, aber es dauerte 2,5 Stunden und ein weiterer Folgeanruf, bis endlich jemand zum Entfernen kam diese Flasche und schicke die Kissen
Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Gemütlicher Raum. Toilette und Dusche sind für ein Schwangeres leicht eng. Ansonsten würde ich sagen, alles ist gut👍🏻
Buchen Sie dieses Zimmer für die Geburtstagsfeier meines Freundes. Auf eine Anfrage kostenlosen Kuchen erhalten. Aufgrund der Größe des Zimmers sind nur 2 Personen im Zimmer gestattet. Was uns einige Unannehmlichkeiten bereitet, um den Raum zu dekorieren. Insgesamt ist das Hotel gut zugänglich, muss aber von außen renoviert werden.

Toller Ort für einen Aufenthalt in der Nähe von Chinatown, Tanjong Pagar und Tiong Bahru. Die Qual der Wahl in Cafés und Restaurants in der Nähe. 0 Sterne für den Klook-Support, obwohl klook auch nach der Nachverfolgung vor meiner Reise keine Antwort gegeben hat.
