Ich hatte eine Oahu Early Bird Whale Watching Tour gebucht und mich darauf gefreut, bin aber letztendlich nicht auf das Boot gekommen. Ich bin gegen 9:05 Uhr am Veranstaltungsort angekommen, also rechtzeitig vor der Abfahrtszeit um 9:15 Uhr. Der Standort, der in der Karte der Klook-App angegeben war, war jedoch nicht der tatsächliche Abfahrtsort, Pier 8, sondern ein anderer Ort in der Nähe. Ich irrte umher, um den Abfahrtsort an diesem Standort zu finden, und als ich den genauen Standort endlich fand, war das Boot bereits abgefahren. Ich erklärte vor Ort, dass die Karteninformationen der App ungenau waren, aber ich konnte die Tour nicht erleben und erhielt nicht einmal eine Rückerstattung. Allen anderen, die diese Tour nutzen möchten, empfehle ich, sich nicht nur auf die Karten in der App zu verlassen, sondern sich vorher individuell über den genauen Standort von Pier 8 zu informieren. Es ist sehr bedauerlich, so etwas auf einer Reise erleben zu müssen, die eigentlich Spaß machen sollte.
