Highlights:

• Our Executive Pastry Chef Smita Grosse has used several seasonal ingredients, such as chocolate, hazelnut, caramel , apple and pomegranate to create the new Autumn specialties. Highlights include matcha opera cake, hazelnut chocolate Breton and caramel apple profiterole. On the savoury side, there will be our signature prawn and lobster sub with charcoal bun, wagyu beef pastrami in crepe roll with mustard relish and cream cheese, and more.
