  • The operator will keep your ID/passport as a deposit, they will return your ID/passport if everything is in order
  • In case you damage or lost the scooter, Klook, the operator and the customer will discuss to come up with the best agreement

  • Please follow traffic rules and regulations. The operator is not responsible for any damages or traffic violations incurred by the lessee
  • Driving while intoxicated by alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited

Der Service von Klook ist recht gut, auch die Autovermietung ist sehr professionell und übersichtlich. Es gibt ein altes Auto, Autolichter haben ein Problem

Bei der Anmietung eines Autos wird vereinbart, das Auto zum Hotel zu liefern, aber nicht zu liefern, sondern zum Abholen des Autos sehr weit fahren zu müssen. Beim Mieten weiß ich nicht, wo ich das Auto herbekommen soll, wenn es so umständlich ist, würde ich es nicht mieten. Kosten 200k Taxi.
