Usage reminder

  • Under the Fair Usage Policy, data speed and usage may be limited for users who process large amounts of data in a short period of time. This is at the discretion of the subscribed telecommunications company and may occur without prior notice
  • Please refrain from extensive video streaming and/or processing a huge amount of data in a short time
  • The operator is not responsible or liable for any changes made to data speed or usage. You will still be charged the agreed upon fee during your rental period
  • The service is only available in Canada.
  • Failure to return the device will incur an additional charge of CAD 20+tax per day.
  • This activity is only available for 7 days fixed rental duration.
  • No difference amount will returned even if you return the rental device early.
  • If you would like to extend rental days, the operator offers the extension of 7 days (not daily).
  • Please return the device in where you originally pick up during operational hours.

  • Get your voucher within 1 day(s). If you do not receive a booking confirmation, please notify us

Validity

  • Use your voucher at the selected date and time

Activation procedure

  • Step 1: Press and hold the power button for a few seconds to turn on the device. It may take up to 10 seconds to search for a network
  • Step 2: Press "WPS" button at the right bottom right twice quickly.
  • Step 3: Press the 'Power' button until the screen is off.

  • Present your voucher when you pick up the device
  • Devices can only be picked up and returned during business hours

Drop-off/return Information

  • Deposit is refunded after the device is returned
  • Devices can only be picked up and returned during business hours
  • Please return the wifi device in where you originally pick it up during operational hour.

Surcharges

  • Additional Days: CAD20 per day
  • Loss, damage, or breakage of WiFi device: CAD100
  • Loss, damage, or breakage of carrying pouch: CAD20
  • Loss, damage, or breakage of USB cable: CAD20
  • Device screen damage: CAD 50
  • Battery damage: CAD 50
  • Damage of SIM card: CAD 10

Cancellation policy

  • Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 48 hour(s) before the selected activity date
