Pick-up information

  • Present your voucher with your passport or photo ID when you pick up the SIM card
  • Note: SIM card can only be picked up during business hours
  • Note: Currently only Incheon International airport T1 and T2 are available to pick up
  • Incheon International airport T1 counter 1 / Gimpo airport counter / Gimhae airport counter / Daegu airport counter are temporarily closed until further notice

Activation procedure

  • The SIM card will be activated automatically. No registration is required
  • The SIM card must be activated within 1 day(s) after pick up. It is strongly recommended to activate your SIM card as soon as you arrive at your destination to avoid any instances of failed activation
  • The SIM card is valid for your selected duration after activation on a 24 hour basis. If you activate your SIM on 1 Oct at 21:00, it will be valid until 9 Oct 21:00

Cancellation policy

  • Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 24 hour(s) before the selected activity date
  • In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the booking. If this happens, you have the option to request a full refund
  • Refunds may be accommodated in cases of cancellation due to force majeure or unforeseen events. This is subject to merchant/operator approval; Klook will not be held responsible for unapproved changes or refunds
  • Lost, stolen or damaged tickets can't be refunded
  • Redeemed vouchers cannot be refunded
  • Contact Klook customer service for any refunds or changes needed

  • Under the Fair Usage Policy, data speed and usage may be limited for users who process large amounts of data in a short period of time. This is at the discretion of the subscribed telecommunications company and may occur without prior notice
  • Please refrain from extensive video streaming and/or processing a huge amount of data in a short time
  • The operator is not responsible or liable for any changes made to data speed or usage. You will still be charged the agreed upon fee during your rental period
  • Even with unlimited data, internet speed will drop to 5mbps after 3GB of data is used
  • The speed of your connection is dependent on your reception
  • This is a Data-only SIM card. Calls, texts, or topping up additional credits will not be possible
  • Please check your phone settings and network settings if you cannot connect to the network after inserting your SIM card, if the network speed is too slow, or there are other connection problems. If you are still encountering issues with your SIM, please contact Klook customer service

  • This SIM card can not be topped up or extended usage period

  • Note for T-money card: Please note that there is no pre-stored value on the card. Please add value before use
  • Note for T-money card: Free admission to public transport for children under the age of 6. Children ages 6 to 11 years old are eligible for Child cards; teenagers ages 12 to 19 are eligible for Youth cards
  • Note for T-money card: For children and youth, you could enjoy the discounted fare if you register the card with your birth date at the convenience store. Please present T-money along with your ID that can prove your date of the birth (passport, alien card, etc)
