• Extra fees may apply for oversized and/or additional luggage. Please pay any extra fees directly to the operator
• The operator has the right to refuse a reservation if the group size or luggage exceeds the capacity of the reserved vehicle. In this case, no refunds will be issued
• The purchase must be completed by 17:00 the day before the service day
• Any additional costs incurred by urgent requests are the responsibility of the customer
• You can drop off luggage from 08:00 am, but the operating hours may change depending on the situation, so please check the email for further information
• In case delivery luggage to accommodation, luggage can be collected at the accommodation by 18:00 pm
• Service prices vary by area in Gangneung, so please refer to the information below to purchase the package for your shipping location
• Gangneung Area A: Gangneung City excluding areas B and C
• Gangneung Area B: Gangdong-myeon, Gangneung-si (Hashidong-ri, Anin-ri, An-in-jin-ri, Jeong-dong-jin-ri), Sacheon-myeon (Sindae-il, Bangdong-ri, Minori, Sacheon-jin-ri, Pangyo-ri), Yeongok-myeon (Dokdeok-ri, Yeongjin-ri), Jumunjin-eup (Gyohang-ri, Jumun-ri, Hyangho-ri)
• Gangneung Area C: Gangdong-myeon, Gangneung-si (Shimgok-ri), Okgye-myeon (Geumjin-ri)

Additional information

• Please hand carry your passport, flight documents and other important personal items
• For luggage delivery to and from the hotel, your luggage will be collected and delivered by the hotel concierge
• For luggage delivery from hotel, you may leave the hotel after taking photos of your luggage and storage receipt. The driver does not necessarily collect your luggage at the time you drop it off at the concierge
• If your luggage does not meet legal requirements, it will be refused even if the booking is a success. Customers will bear all losses, legal liabilities, and consequences that occur
• Please check your luggage upon pick up. Take a photo if you find something wrong for consultation with our customer service staff. After the luggage is confirmed as received, the service is complete and the operator no longer bears any responsibility
• Luggage must be sealed and locked
• Items designated as illegal, dangerous, or prohibited items in the luggage cannot include
• Please select the package quantity and type based on the baggage size

Luggage Delivery Descriptions:

• This is the lugguage delivery service through Safex in Jeju Island.
• It is available from Jeju airport to accommodation, from accommodation to Jeju airport, and from accommodation to other accommodation including hotel and Airbnb on the same day.
• Now, after you arrive at Jeju Island, don't go to the hotel to put your luggage down and start your trip right away.

After you leave the room, take a light trip and come to the airport on time for the flight.

Luggage Size Regulations:

• S/M: Under 23 inches. H 63cm, W 41cm, D 27cm (example: rucksacks, shopping bags, bags, suitcase carried in the cabin, Boston bag, etc.)
• L: 24-27 inches. H 70cm, W 47cm, D 30cm (example: the suitcase is not allowed on board, etc.)
• XL: Over 27 inches. H 80cm, W 54cm, D 63cm (example: golf bag, snowboard, etc.)
