  • The card has a pre-loaded stored value. You can top-up at any metro or bus stations and/or partner convenience stores
  • Eating and drinking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited
  • As this is a public transportation service, seating is on a first come first serve basis
  • Smoking is not allowed in the vehicle
  • This vehicle is stroller and wheelchair-accessible
  • A refund of 500 JPY deposit and the balance on the card will be refunded when returning the card (a handling fee of 220 yen is required, but if the balance on the card is less than 220 yen, only the 500 yen deposit will be refunded)
  • Refunds are available at Nishitetsu Tenjin Expressway Bus Terminal, Hakata Bus Terminal
  • Children's cards require age certification. Please purchase them at the West Rail window
