Luggage Information

• Standard Luggage Size: 61cm. Larger bags will be considered 2 pieces
• You may bring more luggage if the number of passengers is less than the limit (e.g. bring up to 10 pieces of standard sized luggage if there are only 5 passengers in a van)
• The operator has the right to refuse a reservation if the group size or luggage exceeds the capacity of the reserved vehicle. In this case, no refunds will be issued

• Although not mandatory, it is recommended that you purchase accident and/or travel insurance before the travel date

Additional information

• Eating and drinking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited
• Please note: The driver can only speak basic English, but there will be an online staff to help fulfill English service
• Please buy your tickets which may be needed before the day we will travel. The activities’ tickets are not not included in the tour
• Service area: Within 300km from your hotel
• According to Australia law, all children aged 0-7 must be secured in an approved child safety seat according to their size and age. It is recommended to reserve child seats in advance if you are traveling with children
• One child seat is free. Additional seats available for a surcharge
• Please note that one child seat is equivalent to one passenger

• All surcharges are payable in cash directly to the driver

• Additional Hours: AUD60 per hour for standard vehicle, AUD90 per hour for luxury vehicle
• Outside Service Hours: AUD30 for standard vehicle, AUD60 for luxury vehicle
• Overnight Surcharge: AUD190 per night
