Booking Requirements

  • Important: Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount
  • Select flight arrival date at checkout. If flight arrives at 12:00am on 2 May, select 2 May
  • Your selected pick-up date and time for departure transfers should be at least 3 hours before flight departs due to traffic. The operator will not be responsible if you miss your flight

  • Please note that 1 wheelchair will count as one standard-sized luggage
  • If you are unable to find the driver at the airport pick up location by the reserved pick up time, please call the contact number listed on your voucher
  • Please note: The address and name of your accommodation (e.g. hotel or villa) must be stated clearly at checkout. No refund will be issued for delays or failure in pick-up due to incomplete information
