Klook und seine Partner müssen den Kundenservice proaktiv überwachen. Bis zum Tag D und dem Zeitpunkt, an dem das Auto nicht ankam und der Autoanbieter nicht wusste, dass eine Dienstleistung für den Kunden vorliegt, die tatsächlich bestätigt worden war. Schließlich kam das Auto, nachdem der Mieter den Eigentümer des Fahrzeugs kontaktiert hatte.
