- Data will start upon activation of the SIM card (putting the SIM card in the phone) and will end based on the number of days the customer subscribed to. Example: Customer activated the SIM on a Thursday at 10:00am and bought the 5 days worth of data, then the SIM will expire on Tuesday 10:00am
- This offer is a Data Only SIM card. Calling and texting will not be possible with a data SIM
- Once you’ve reached the maximum volume allocation, internet speed will drop to 3G with unlimited data
- SIM cards are generally available. In the rare event that it has been booked out, you will be notified at least 1 day in advance via email
- Only works with open line phones SIMs are not compatible with closed or network-locked phones

International Fair Usage Policy:
- 4G WiFi Fair Use Policy: If the daily data limit has been reached, the speed will throttle down and will change to 3G
- Under the Fair Usage Policy, users who deal with large amounts of data in a short period of time might, without prior notice, have their data use limited or throttled at the discretion of the telecommunications company of the country of destination
- Please refrain from watching videos for a long time or from using a huge amount of data in a short period of time
- Operator will in no way be responsible or liable for the incurred data limit as per above, and you will still be charged with the appropriate fees during your rental period

Delivery Procedure:
- Time: 9:00am-3:00pm, daily
- Indicate your complete delivery information upon checkout. The SIM card will be delivered to your doorstep at least 2 days before your departure
- You must present your voucher to the driver upon picking up the SIM card
- Delivery lead time: within Metro Manila 2 to 3 days
- For outside metro manila deliveries, please book your SIM card at least 7-10 business days prior to your travel date
SIM Card Activation Procedure:
- Plug in the SIM card in your phone. Your phone will automatically connect to the network
- All SIM Cards are preconfigured to be plug and play
- Should there be any issues in activation email info@bigskynation.com
SIM Card Validity
- The validity of the data package will begin on the date of activation by the customer and will be valid based on the number of days purchased by the customer.
- If the activation is delayed, please note that the validity period will not be extended.
Manual Activation Procedure
Android APN Setting
- Insert SIM in the card slot
- Go to Settings > General > Mobile Networks > switch on Cellular Data and Data Roaming > select 4G/LTE
- Go to Cellular Data Network > Access Point Names (or APN) and set APN to the APN of your destination country
iOS APN Setting
- Insert SIM in the card slot
- Settings > Mobile Networks > Cellular Data Options > Data Roaming > select 4G/LTE
- Go to Settings > Cellular Network > set APN to the APN of your destination country
Cancellation policy
- Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 48 hour(s) before the selected activity date

Immer zuverlässig und einfach zu aktivieren. Kein lästiges Aufladen von Pocket WiFi oder Rückgabe nach Gebrauch erforderlich. Bisher die günstigste Reise-SIM. Sie bietet die Möglichkeit, am wenigsten für mobile Daten im Ausland auszugeben, die ohnehin nur als Backup dienen. Da das Hotel über WiFi verfügt und einige Orte ebenfalls kostenloses WiFi anbieten.
Ich habe es unzählige Male in Anspruch genommen. Es war immer zuverlässig und erschwinglich. Auch die beste Option für mich, da ich keine ESim-Fähigkeit habe. Plug-and-Play. Überhaupt kein Problem.
Ich habe dies zum dritten oder vierten Mal in Anspruch genommen. Zuverlässig und einfach zu verwenden. Dieses Mal waren sie auch so flexibel, dass sie mir einen Gefallen getan haben, die Ware bei naia3 abzuholen, anstatt sie nach Hause liefern zu lassen. Ich hoffe, dies in Zukunft erneut in Anspruch nehmen zu können.
Wird Ihnen mit einem Mantel außerhalb der Klook-Zahlung geliefert. In unserem Fall betrug die Gebühr zusätzlich zur Klook-Zahlung weitere P80,00, da wir uns in der Nähe ihres Büros befinden. Sim ist von HK Telcom Operator (HK-SMC), der mit JP Telco zusammenarbeitet. Habe während dieser Reise nach Nagoya gearbeitet. Bei unserer nächsten Reise nach Osaka im Juni hatten wir Probleme mit der Verbindung. Die Kontaktnummer auf dem Support-Umschlag/BigSky Nation war falsch – eine Ziffer fehlte und Sie können sie daher nicht kontaktieren. Sie müssen nach ihrem Kontakt suchen. Der Kundensupport war auch nicht rund um die Uhr verfügbar, wie in der Anleitung/dem Umschlag angegeben. Wir müssen das Telefon zurücksetzen
Die SIM-Karte wurde mir 2 Wochen vor meinem Flug zugestellt. Ich habe sie bei meiner Ankunft in Japan einfach eingesteckt und schon war alles einsatzbereit. Keine Verbindungsprobleme.
Ich habe die SIM-Karte einen Tag vor unserem Flug erhalten und mit wenig Erwartung auch meine lokale Sim geladen, falls Snappy nicht funktioniert. Aber zu meiner Überraschung funktioniert es perfekt und ist VPN-fähig, sodass wir in China auf Facebook, Instagram und Youtube zugreifen können. Sehr empfehlenswert!
Sehr gut. Plug and Play. Hatte überhaupt keine Probleme. Stellte eine sehr schnelle Internetverbindung bereit. Auch die Lieferung war sehr schnell. Lieferung innerhalb weniger Stunden (2 Stunden) nach der Bestellung.
Hatte am ersten Tag ein Problem, weil die SIM-Karte beim Einsetzen nicht aktiviert wurde, aber gut, dass sie sehr reaktionsschnell sind. Es hat eine Weile gedauert, bis sie das Problem beheben konnten, aber danach funktionierte alles reibungslos. Werde es auf jeden Fall wieder kaufen! :) :)
Toll! Die SIM funktionierte sofort, als wir in Japan ankamen. Der Internetzugang war reibungslos und sehr schnell. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit diesem Kauf. Danke Klook! Sich in Japan fortzubewegen ist mit ständigem Internetzugang so viel einfacher.
