Worst experience. Driver did not arrive on time. Waited for more than 2hrs and he did not turn up. He didn’t bother to text/call to update us in his eta. Had to get a refund in the end

Das Auto kam pünktlich und es war eine lange Fahrt nach Ubud, da es sehr weit entfernt war. Bequemes und sicheres Fahren, also ist alles gut, keine Probleme, danke
Sehr angenehm und pünktlich. Obwohl unsere Abgabestelle weit entfernt und für Autos nicht bequem ist, war er immer noch sehr geduldig, um nach Wegen zu suchen, um dorthin zu gelangen.
Wir verlassen Jimbaran. Der Fahrer wartet früher als geplant in der Lobby des Hotels. Vielen Dank, dass Sie uns eine reibungslose Ankunft in Kuta ermöglicht haben.
Die Einstellung des Fahrers war sehr gut und er war bereit zu kooperieren, wenn er um eine vorzeitige Abfahrt bat, wenn er einen vorübergehenden Antrag stellte. Auf dem Rückweg baten wir darum, beim Supermarkt anzuhalten, und der Fahrer beschwerte sich nicht. Ich kann es nur wärmstens empfehlen. Obwohl es für das Auto keinen Klook-Indikator gibt, war es kein Problem, mich über WhatsApp zu kontaktieren, da wir ihn zuerst bereitgestellt haben.
Der Fahrer kam 30 Minuten früher an und wartete auf uns, während wir aus dem Hotel auscheckten. Hatte die ganze Zeit über WhatsApp Kontakt. Guter Service!

Der Fahrer war super höflich und kam früher als unsere geplante Zeit an. Danach wollten wir zum Supermarkt gehen, und er erklärte geduldig unseren Weg. Eindrucksvoll!

As Kuta was busy they couldn’t drop us there so we asked to be dropped in seminyak instead, this is £1 extra on here but they insisted we had to pay 200k which is equivalent £11, I said there must be some mistake and it must be 20k as this is more like £1 but they said no and insisted we had to pay 200k. Even though we had discussed and agreed prior to pick up they didn’t mention the extra charge beforehand or even at the start of the journey, they mentioned last minute before we were about to be dropped off which I thought was a real con and underhanded. You should not use this untrustworthy taxi firm again. Therefore please can you refund me the £10 that I was unfairly ripped off by and was made to pay.
