Der Fahrer war sehr zuvorkommend. Das Auto war auch sauber. Sehr empfehlenswert!
Um ehrlich zu sein, gab es ein kleines Problem mit der Übertragung. Ich habe versucht, das Hauptbüro zu kontaktieren, damit ich die Telefonnummer des Fahrers erhalte, aber es hat eine halbe Stunde gedauert, bis sie mir bei meinem Dilemma geholfen haben. Aber ich werde trotzdem eine 5-Sterne-Bewertung geben, weil der Kuya-Fahrer, der mich abgeholt hat, wirklich nett war und ich alleine im Auto saß, als hätte ich ein privates Auto für meine Reise vom Seehafen zu meinem Hotel gebucht.
Der Fahrer kam sehr pünktlich und wartete am Eingang des Hotels, er hat mich nicht per WhatsApp oder Telefon kontaktiert, also musste er das Auto selbst finden. Die Reiseroute ist ziemlich glatt, und Sie müssen am TAG-Terminal 12 Peso wechseln, um die temporäre Autoeintrittsgebühr zu bezahlen.
Sehr guter Service geboten. Der Fahrer war pünktlich in unserem Hotel, wir erwarteten einen Minibus für einen gemeinsamen Transfer, aber es war ein privater Transfer direkt zu den Docks. Keine Beschwerden.
Sie warteten im Voraus und gingen präzise und schnell vor. Auch das Auto war in einem sehr guten Zustand!
Dafür kein Stern. Der Fahrer erschien nicht. Ich habe schließlich einen anderen Transport arrangiert. Fairerweise ist der Kundenservice von klook sehr hilfreich. Ich bekam ein Startsignal, um einen anderen Transport zu buchen, weil der örtliche Anbieter nicht auftauchte. Ich werde einfach auf meine Rückerstattung warten

Der Fahrer kam früh an und hielt ein Schild mit meinem Namen darauf. Er war freundlich und zuvorkommend, als ich um einen kurzen Zwischenstopp bat, um Medikamente zu kaufen.
