Smaller items that fit in the passenger footwell (e.g. laptop bag, handbag, or small shoulder bag) do not need to be declared. The passenger shall be liable for all expenses incurred should additional vehicles will be required to transport excess luggage
- Each declared luggage shouldn’t exceed the following sizes: Based on a maximum combined size of 62 inches or 158cm length + width + height. There is no maximum weight restriction for this service

Feedback an Klook: * Eine Person am Serviceschalter konnte mir meinen Namen zeigen, sodass der Check-in reibungslos verlief. * Es war ein 12-Personen-Van, also fragte ich ihn, ob es noch andere Leute gibt, der Fahrer sagte ursprünglich nein. * Aber er bat mich, „ein paar Minuten“ zu warten, es stellte sich heraus, dass es 20 Minuten waren. Am Ende befragte er die Leute im Wartebereich des Lieferwagens und bekam weitere 4-5 Passagiere. Ich fragte einen Typen, der neben mir saß, wie viel der Fahrer ihnen berechnet hatte, und er sagte "10 Euro". * Ich war der erste, der abgesetzt wurde, also musste ich nicht in die Hotels anderer gehen. Die Beschwerde hier ist, dass wir nicht wussten, dass es ein Mehrpreis für einen privaten Service sein würde, aber letztendlich ein gemeinsamer Service war und abgesehen davon, dass unsere Zahlung die Reise gesponsert hat, er noch weitere 40-50 Euro selbst abgeholt hat. Ich denke, Klook sollte uns eine teilweise Rückerstattung gewähren, da es sich um einen „gepoolten Service“ handelt.
