- You can modify the pick up time within 72 hours prior to your arrival. Please contact Klook's customer service for inquiries
- If you fail to pick up the device within 24 hours of your booked time, the phone might be rented to another client
- Failure to return the smartphone on time will incur an additional charge of EUR200
- Please inform the operator in advance if you will fail to return the device on time due to unforseen circumstances. Otherwise, the operator will consider it as loss or stolen and your card will be charged with EUR200
- If you would like to extend your rental period, please inform the operator at least 48 hours prior the scheduled return time

Das Telefon funktioniert gut! Einfach zu verwenden! Der Empfang ist gut.
Es ist die beste Wahl, dieses Gerät zu mieten, wo Sie in Paris verbunden sind. Ich habe es auch in Belgien verwendet und es funktioniert. Das Geld wert, für das Sie bezahlt haben. Sie erhalten 2 GB pro Tag und ich beende es nicht einmal. Das ist wirklich ein Muss!
Easy to use however phone settings configured is complicated and we might easily exceed the given amount of data, or accidentally use data roaming when out of EU.

Easy pick up and phone worked effectively. Lasted the whole day without charge and has fast internet while using as hotspot.
Das Handy war sehr nützlich, das Internet war schnell. Funktioniert sogar in der U-Bahn. Hat auch eine anständige Kamera und eine lange Akkulaufzeit. Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass ich mich für einen vorausbezahlten Rücksendeservice per Post entschieden habe, aber ich wurde trotzdem um Bargeld gebeten, als ich das Gerät zurückgab, obwohl ich einen vorausbezahlten Umschlag und eine bereits bezahlte Briefmarke hatte!
Sehr hilfreich und es war einfach zu bedienen. Wir hatten erstaunliche Erfahrungen in Paris. Danke klook.
We arrived at the Orly Airport and went to the Tourism Info Desk to pick up the wifi, however, they couldn't find my reservation. The person at the desk called his supervisor and sent a photo of the voucher to him. He said that they don't carry the product there and cannot do anything about it. I never got the travel smartphone and just wasted my money.
Excellent customer service, but there are some areas where the signal were so weak..
Super einfach, das Telefon bei CDG abzunehmen, vorausgesetzt, Sie fragen nach einem INSIDR-Telefon und nicht nach einem WLAN-Gerät. Die Internetverbindung ist ziemlich stabil, mit Ausnahme der Zeiten, in denen Sie das Telefon neu starten müssen, um wieder verbunden zu werden. Maximal 7 teilen die Daten gleichzeitig und die Geschwindigkeit ist immer noch gut. Dieses Angebot ist preiswert und ich kann es nur empfehlen.
