Hin- und Rückfahrt mit dem Shuttlebus zum Konzert in Busan

Service could be better. There are total 4-5 buses of crowd, but not sufficient support of English speaking staff. Instruction is not clear and a very long uphill walk from pick up point to the bus during return route.

スタッフの方は一生懸命動いてくださったと思いますが、あの規模のコンサートで人を集めるのはものすごく大変だと思います。警察の規制もあったようで、厳しかったですね。停車する場所や帰りの1キロ以上離れた乗車口など、その点高陽の方がまとまってたと思います。

行きは問題なかったですが、帰りは沢山の人とバスで大混乱でした。もう少しわかりやすい旗だったらと思いました。　　　　　　　それでも無事帰ることが出来て利用して良かったと思いました

We were waiting in a crowd for about and hour, everyone was being jostled, everything is unorganized. We were looking for our bus for another half an hour or so, going back and forth down the street following the guide, cause he missed the bus. It was frustrating and tiring.

The return service was terrible. We had to walk a long way outside the stadium to get back onto the bus. The guide leading us walked so fast that a lot of passengers were unable to follow. Then we had to wait on the bus for more than 30 mins for the guide to find those who could not follow. It was very late when we got back to the drop off point.

going to the concert is fine but leaving they made us wait too long, no clear lines, made us walk too far where the bus is parked and uphill. made us wait for others until almost midnight.

予約番号:BRQ633604 2人分の予約をしていました。直前に変更の連絡あったにも関わらず時間になってもバスが来なくて、カスタマーに連絡するも返信なく仕方ないので行きの分の料金を捨てタクシーで会場へ向かいました。前払い料金がもったいないので帰りだけでも利用しようと思ったのですが、行きの利用をしていない為バスの種類もどこの場所で待機ピックアップになるのかもわからずあの人混みで探すのは不安しかなかった為、結局帰りも諦めて地下鉄で帰りました。1万円は捨てたと思ってますが、こうなった理由が知りたいです。事前に公演時間が延びた場合の帰りの対処などを問い合わせた時に、とても親切丁寧に対応していただいて安心しただけに当日こんな事になり本当に残念でしかたありませんでした。

While the pickup from Busan Station to the Busan Asiad Stadium was acceptable—despite some initial departure delays—the post-concert experience was highly disorganized. We arrived at the designated meeting point early, only to discover it had been changed without any prior notification. Worse still, both the original and new locations were situated on a steep incline. My senior citizen companions were forced to walk all the way downhill and back uphill just to reach the updated spot. We only discovered the new location by asking other tour guides in the area. Hope this can be improved.

This was the worst transport experience I've ever had. The entire arrangement was extremely disorganized. After the concert, the bus was parked so far from the venue that we had to briskly walk uphill for about 15 minutes just to reach it. Our tour lead was rushing ahead, leaving many of us struggling to keep up. What made the situation even more frustrating was that all the rushing was for nothing. Despite arriving at the bus, we ended up being the last of all the transfer buses to leave. If one of the Korean passengers hadn't repeatedly complained to the driver, I'm not convinced we would have departed when we did. We exited the stadium at around 10:30 PM, yet our bus didn't leave until almost midnight. Spending nearly 90 minutes waiting after a long concert was unacceptable. In hindsight, taking a taxi would have been faster, more convenient, and far less stressful.
